Feels good having a kitchen that’s not all packed up! Now back to my avocado toast routine. Made this fig toast with @kitehillfoods cream cheese and @traderjoes fig butter and a drizzle of honey and flaky salt this morning. It’s the little things!
@ashcanvas co-owns @daughtersofsimone with her sister, so I knew obviously her dress was gonna be 💯 along with ALL the details from this day! I’ve never seen Fresno so dreamy and boho and stylish, it was unreal! Not allowed to share more until a special feature drops, but i seriously can’t wait!! #weddingbirks #yes
We’ve got a to do list a mile long but I’m still pinching myself that this is our new (to us, built in 1960) home and we don’t have to leave! @mrpagoda and I can’t wait to fill it with all the memories and friends and family and pups and plants our hearts can hold.
A quote i heard recently that really resonated was “Celebrate her success without questioning your own.” It is so easy to doubt ourselves these days. Especially as a photographer on such a visual platform as Instagram. The more I consciously make the effort to not compare myself and instead take that energy to build up and encourage others and celebrate with them in their success, it’s so much better for everyone involved. I’m all about supporting each other every dang day because life is too short for self doubt and comparison! One of the reasons I really wanted to host a workshop is to rally together with likeminded photographers who want to take their photography businesses to the next level, and help them find the same joy and fulfillment in it that I have! There’s enough success to go around, and it’s so much better celebrated together!
Pretty views from yesterday in Big Sur. Never will get tired of this coastline that I get the pleasure of day tripping to!
Obsessed with the little town of Los Alamos! It’s right past San Luis Obispo and before Santa Barbara and it’s filled with so much charm that you would never expect!
